1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and phrases used in these Terms are given below:

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Creating an account with false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited balance. If your information changes, you must notify our support team right away.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on beg33 is ৳200 (Bangladeshi Taka). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Any pending bonus must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met to activate this bonus. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and a total of ৳2,200 × 10 = ৳22,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to valid Bangladeshi citizens only.
• The welcome bonus applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned using bonus funds.

4.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on a player's activity and participation.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the beg33 platform are provided by trusted game suppliers. Results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality and fair play.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits. When playing with a bonus balance, the maximum bet per round may be limited to ৳500 — each bonus's details are specified separately.

5.3 Technical Errors

beg33 will not be held liable for any technical errors or disconnections that occur during gameplay. However, in the case of a verified error, the issue will be resolved according to the game server records. beg33 reserves the right to void abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Bonus abuse or manipulation in violation of bonus terms.
• Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to beg33's systems.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Attempting to complete the KYC process using a false identity or forged documents.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by beg33

In the event of a breach of these Terms, beg33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Balances may be forfeited if prohibited activities are involved.

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account. If the balance is zero at the time of the request, or once all bonus conditions have been met, the account will be closed after withdrawal. Self-exclusion requests under responsible gaming can be submitted through the support team.
